Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups lachha sevayan


  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 5 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp chopped almond and pistachios


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 cups water


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp chocolate powder


  • 1/4 cups chocochips of any chocolate

Directions

  • Roast the sevayan in ghee for 3-3 minute till it becomes golden brown in medium flame.
  • Add water and salt in it and allow it to boil in high flame.
  • Then add milk along with other ingredients except almond and pistachios and allow it to boil in medium flame for 5-7 minute with covering a lid.
  • Your chocolaty lachha is now ready.
  • Serve it after cooling down to room temperature by garnishing the chopped dry fruits.
